    Newly opened within 9 weeks; came in for a seminar at the Crowne hotel and had lunch at the Harbor Bar and Bistro. Latte coffee with grilled cheese (cheddar, provolone cheese, aioli, mayo, roasted tomato, bacon, basil and arugula on thick sourdough bread) with a side of fresh fruit.

    I was impressed to be honest; I expected a plain burnt grilled cheese but I got much more. The grilled cheese was crispy, peppery, fresh and delicious.

    The bartender that helped me was very friendly and polite. Customer service was exceptional. He had a famous name lol. Great guy. Food is awesome! Definitely a hidden gem.

    I ordered the Salmon with veggies and roasted red potatoes.   The salmon was very bland and the veggies lacked any flavor. The veggies were in a broth that just made the whole meal a pain to eat.

    The rest of the menu was pretty ho-hum. Considering the options nearby, I won't eat hear again. Time to get a new chef.

    Service is terrible!! One guy trying to do the whole place. Ordered 2 items off of happy hour menu and only got one...luckily only got charged for the one. Too busy to pay attention to anything. Food menu has changed and not as many options. Have been to this place numerous times and really disappointed!!!

    It is the bar inside of the crown plaza hotel. The bar validates parking for up to 3hrs. Similar for valet I think....

    If you join the Plaza Rewards Club upon check-in, you may just receive 2 vouchers for drinks on the house to be redeemed here!
    Service was fine, atmosphere was just OK. I would say great for business or with a bunch of people but not really a date place.
    The warm bowl of trail mix was a nice touch.
    Not bad for a quick drink (price limits apply of course, you cannot get the most costly glass of wine, for example) and only having to leave a tip.
    The best way can describe it is as a meeting place to have a drink before you go somewhere else. Or for having a nightcap.
